    Model 14's in Pennsylvania

Does anyone besides me think it looks like one of these has been reconed?

Yes the one on the left showing the "blue" cone looks newish. The one on the right looks appropriately faded for it's age. I suppose it's possible that the one on the left was always in a darker location and the bluish hue has remained intact since new.

it's almost a sure thing that they would have been refoamed at a minimum. Yes, I agree with bowtie, the blue cone certainly looks newer and a lot like the ones I have (new GPA recones)...

And considering that the seller only has 6 sales he doesn't appear to be a flipper. I was gonna say what bowtie said that maybe one was exposed to more sunlight.

Yup that's what I thought--the bluish one looks like a new cone. Not a problem if it's a GPA cone. I asked the seller if he knew what recone kit was used and he says he doesn't think his father ever reconed them but he wasn't sure.....
